Rossendale Borough Council’s Cabinet approved the Edenfield Masterplan and Design Code at their meeting on 18th September 2024.
The Cabinet also agreed that any future amendments to the Masterplan’s Phasing and Implementation Strategy to be brought back to Cabinet for agreement and that a Visioning Board be established to support the future development of the scheme.
It is understood that there will be resident representation on the Visioning Board. An excerpt from the minutes of the meeting related to the Masterplan is attached.
